Customer Terms and Conditions

1. Dyson trade in offer on selected Dyson Vacuum cleaner models only.
2. Offer valid on purchases made from 5th March 2015 until 24th March 2015 inclusive.
3. You may "trade in" any used vacuum cleaners including uprights, cylinders and handhelds.
4. The selling price includes the trade in discount.
5. Customers who purchase at the trade in price, agree to dispose independently of their old vacuum cleaner in an environmentally friendly way. Please note under no circumstances are you to send your trade in product to us.
6. For recycling customers who decide to return their new Dyson vacuum cleaner, it is the trade in price only that will be refunded.
